The cold, harsh truth is that this world is full of people who get easily offended at anything, from a simple comic strip to a can of tomato soup. On top of that, there are art thieves, greedy corporations, and all sorts of people who’d do anything to ruin the work (and fun) of a humble artist. So, in order to protect oneself, an individual must establish some sorta legal disclaimer. Well, here goes mine... 1. All comments are strictly of my own creation and are only intended for informational or entertainment purposes. Furthermore, they remain merely as my own opinions. Sorry, but if you get offended... tough. 2. All original artwork, photos, written pieces, etc. (including original characters and crap) belong to me, unless stated otherwise. No one can therefore take any of my shit without my direct, written consent. Likewise, no one can claim any of my work as their own or alter them in any way.
